I’m a skilled Business Analyst with an eye for detail and someone who is always personable to stakeholders. I’m looking for an opportunity to work with an organisation to realise its overall objectives to improve the business. I’m someone who thrives off technical details and working with stakeholders to write detailed technical specifications, gather in-depth requirements and review as-is processes with the aim of reviewing and improving processes in line with business goals.

Away from business, I live in Edinburgh near Murrayfield, although my sport is football. I’m an avid exerciser, regularly playing football and going to the gym. I’m married with one child on the way.

For the last two years I have worked as a contractor for Equifax in their Operations and Open Banking teams on major migration and New Product Innovation projects. I was tasked with gathering key business requirements for their Product, Operation, Technology and Data & Analytics teams as part of a major migration programme to GCP. I have also worked as an interim Product Owner within Open Banking.

I have created over 150 as-is processes for the business and streamlined these processes into under 100 processes.

Prior to my work as a Senior BA, I worked for 8 years as a communications specialist for marketing agencies.
