Over more than two decades, I have established a distinguished career in property management, business transformation, and operational leadership. Beginning with director-level roles in both agency and client-side environments, I have overseen large teams and managed extensive property portfolios across office, industrial, retail, residential, specialist education, and railway sectors. Notably, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to turn around businesses in crisis, delivering significant improvements in profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Throughout various senior positions—including Director at Pro Admin Property Services, Operations Director at Edutex Education, and Director of Property at Advtech Group—I have led strategic initiatives such as implementing new business systems, restructuring teams, and optimising asset portfolios. These roles have involved managing multi-million-pound budgets, driving compliance with statutory and regulatory standards, and embedding cultures of performance and customer service. I have also been responsible for major projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and the digital transformation of business operations.

Most recently, as a consultant, I have supported clients such as Transport for London and Malins Group, delivering operational improvements, system implementations, and cost reductions.
