I am an experienced and confident Senior Recruiter who brings a number of valuable skills accumulated from over 10 years of working within recruitment for a number of reputable organisations. I am competent and capable at working on my own or as part of a team. My experience includes delivering into FTSE 100 companies including Aviva, EE, Huawei, Three mobile, Nokia, Fujitsu, Ultra Electronics, Saacke and most recently Jaguar Land Rover.
Recently I have worked as part of a Talent Acquisition team for IBM and currently Jaguar Land Rover. My biggest strength which has made me successful with the majority of companies I have worked for throughout my career is my ability to adapt, desire to do well and my passion in delivering a high-quality level of service to both candidates and clients.
