Innovative Bid Specialist with a Proven ‘Winning Bid’ Formula gained from 35 years experience as a Business Development Director/Consultant for market leading recruitment agencies including Manpower & Blue Arrow and blue chip procurement consultancies PwC & Deloittes.

Manpower & Blue Arrow – where over a combined12 year period, I recruited & managed national sales & bid teams and personally wrote winning bids for multi-£million national staffing contracts and special projects with BT & British Gas (Centrica); Lloyds, Barclays & Nat West Banks, plus DEC & Royal Mail.

PwC & Deloittes – where over a 7year period, I was engaged as a subject matter expert (recruitment) and took a lead role in writing winning PQQ & ITT bids to provide procurement consultancy support to 19 Local Authorities to facilitate managed recruitment solutions for admin, technical, professional and management recruitment (predominantly temporary & contract but also including perm and temp-to-perm).

During this time, I gained a deep insight into how public sector clients perceive and interpret PQQ & ITT responses, as one my key responsibilities was to work alongside the client’s senior management teams within their HR, Procurement & Operations functions to help them assess and evaluate bids from potential recruitment service providers.

In addition, I have experience of writing successful RFI, PQQ & ITT responses within specialist sectors such as IT (S.Com), NHS (HB Healthcare) and Welfare to Work (Remploy & A4e).
