Having spent many years as an investment manager I have taken time out to retrain in IT. I have started the CompTIA cyber security course and have passed IT Fundamentals and Core+ but I need the practical help an IT apprenticeship would afford me.

I have always been curious about how computers and computing work and the course I am currently following has greatly increased my interest. I would love to be able to increase my knowledge and experience to the level where I could help those with less understanding utilise these increasingly important tools confidently and safely.

I have all the soft skills on would expect from a life-long career in a client facing role. I have the ability to think quickly and clearly, and to analyse and solve problems.

I have spent most of my professional career as an investment manager; looking after client portfolios, reporting to and meeting with clients, selecting investments for portfolios and making the appropriate changes.
