For the past five years, I’ve worked as the sole designer at a SaaS startup, owning design across a complex B2B platform. I handle everything from early research and wireframes to final UI, working closely with product, engineering, and QA. I’ve led design for web and some mobile, with a focus on usability, and cross-team collaboration.
Working closely with engineers, our PM, and the founder to scope and iterate on features with realuser and business impact. Including those tailored to enterprise clients with more complex needs.
Working with customer data regularly to build features that reduce workload on the team and enrich the experience for our users.
Constantly exploring ways to bring AI into our workflows — from quicker prototyping to smarter ways of improving platform UX.
