My first hand experiences with injuries combined with my enthusiasm enables me to diagnose and treat. I naturally became self-driven to achieving a degree in Sports Therapy. My likable nature demonstrates natural empathy by displaying a genuine, unselfish concern for the welfare of others.

My role as Operations Managers requires me to be the motivation behind our people ensuring the best quality service is delivered to our customers and members. Being passionate about making a difference locally through delivering the very best in leisure and cultural services is key for me to manage and operate a successful centre and team. No two days are the same at Chase Leisure Centre and I thrive off of ensuring the safe operation of our facilities are in line with service standards as well as developing team members and setting day to day tasks.

I'm required to think quickly and have the ability to problem solve. I am the 'go to' person for the centre staff and team, leading by example to get the job done.

• Responsibility for all staff on shift by supervising them to maintain smooth day to day operations
• Carrying out reception duties including using the booking system, taking phone enquires and cashing up at the end of shift
• Producing a monthly ROTA to ensure all shifts are covered using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
• Performing maintenance on equipment to assure the safety of the public and staff, this includes doing regular pitch sweeps
• Have good knowledge of the companies Emergency Action Plan and Normal Operating Procedures

• Working daily with athletes and physicians to develop rehabilitation plans
• Working one-on-one with the athletes, executing and overseeing therapeutic techniques and ensuring that the rehabilitation plan stays on course
• Working with various special equipment and treatment modalities, such as electrical muscle stimulation
• Mentally and physically preparing players, athletes and participants before a competition and using strapping, taping and massage techniques where necessary
