I have experience working as a Customer Welcome Host and as an Energy Advisor for Scottish Power, giving me strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I’m confident working with the public, handling enquiries, and providing helpful information in a friendly and professional manner. I’m reliable, approachable, and always focused on delivering great service and supporting customers’ needs.

I completed my secondary education in the UK, gaining a solid foundation in English, maths, and general studies. I’m currently furthering my education through the BYU Pathway Worldwide program, where I’m developing skills in communication, leadership, and personal growth. I’m always eager to keep learning and improving both professionally and spiritually.
