One of my main responsibilities during this job was caring for various farm animals and smaller pets, delivering the highest level of animal husbandry. I also operated various rides and attractions, ensuring all health and safety guidelines were being followed at all times. I confidently presented different types of shows on stage, both comical and educational to an audience of varying ages,
Jn the final 2 years of employment, I stepped up to a supervisory position,
gaining valuable Team Lead experience, working alongside the Entertainment
Leader to ensure each day ran smoothly and effectively. I also gained some reception and cafe experience including, but not limited to, serving customers, operating a till/POS system, answering the telephone, responding to emails and dealing with customer queries and complaints in a friendly yet professional manner.
I am currently enrolled onto a course with Open Study College called Complete Animal Care.
This includes Animal Care Level 2, Veterinary Support Assistant Level 3 and Animal Welfare Level 4
