I'm Joe, I’m 31 and living in South East London with my wife, baby son and two cats. I'm a huge music nerd and enjoy all kinds of music. I play guitar, bass, drums, and sing, plus I DJ. I work for a record label as a radio plugger (no, I don't fix radios, despite what my parents think!). I'm big into sports, both playing and watching. I love good food, enjoy gaming and watching TV.

I am the Senior Promotions Manager (Head Of Promotions, UK) at [PIAS] Ltd., an independent global music organisation which champions the independent music sector. I work within the PLG (PIAS Label Group) arm of the company, devising, implementing and overseeing unique promotional strategies for our artist, management and label clients, with a particular focus on UK radio & TV. I've been fortunate enough to work with some incredible talent over the years including The Prodigy, Two Door Cinema Club, Texas, Joss Stone, Arlo Parks and many others.

I hold a 2:1 BA Hons in Music Business from the University of Surrey, a distinction level Higher National Diploma in Artist Development & Songwriting and RSL Level 2 Subsidiary Diploma for Music Practitioners from the Academy Of Contemporary Music in Guildford, a distinction level BTEC National Diploma in Music Practice from Warwickshire College, and nine GCSEs at level B and above. I have also achieved Grade 5 Music Theory and Grade 5 Guitar.
