- Responsible for NHBC, LABC resolution attendances on behalf of the company
- Assisting Aftercare in closing down issues, at the time of writing there are only 97 open defects across eight live sites under warranty

Norris Green
Village was a development of over 900 units which consisted of two, three, four and three story units for sale and housing association. Involved on this site for three years on and off. Also involved on Stephenson Grove Rainhill, Queen Mary and Gateacre Park. Good knowledge of timber frame units as involved in a lot of their construction at great pace. Completed the four units at sales within ten weeks. Achieved the lowest customer care inspection score on a plot with 13 items of paint only on a three bedroom unit.
