• Responsible for pre handover inspections to various sites across the Northwest of England
• Assisting Aftercare with home visits for defect reporting and resolution with various contractors
• Responsible for attending NHBC, LABC resolutions with home owners at times when required
• Responsible for quality assurance visits to eight on going sites for the company

Assistant Site Manager at SEP Construction (2021-09 – 2023-03)

Employed with SEP Construction since 2021-04-01. Responsible for constructing, programming purchasing materials, health and safety on site at Southport Road development Southport. The site consists of twenty five three and four bedroom properties with eleven one bedroom apartments. The project is a mixed site for two clients consisting of Onward Homes and Shape Engineering.

Assistant Site Manager at Countryside Properties (2011-08 – 2017-04)

Employed with Countryside Properties from August 2011 to 2017-04-03. Trained in the construction of timber framed units with company training and guidance from the site manager. On site at Norris Green Village. Training included constructing units, programming works, health and safety on site, site welfare, first aid, purchasing and customer care.

Norris Green

Village was a development of over 900 units which consisted of two, three, four and three story units for sale and housing association. Involved on this site for three years on and off. Also involved on Stephenson Grove Rainhill, Queen Mary and Gateacre Park. Good knowledge of timber frame units as involved in a lot of their construction at great pace. Completed the four units at sales within ten weeks. Achieved the lowest customer care inspection score on a plot with 13 items of paint only on a three bedroom unit.
