Worked for Canvey Island PCN where I conducted diagnosis and management of patients across 6 practices, involving clinics and home visits. I managed referrals and used Systmone for consultation documentation and ICE for lab test requests. I was also enrolled in the PA Foundation Programme and attended weekly teaching on Teams.
