At my time at Pullmans, I repaired Customer relations, boosted team moral, changed/added shifts to provide 24/7 cover at the VMU. Carried out multiple investigations to get the compliance of the team where it needs to be. I have held interviews bringing new talent into the company.
I have also put in place operational standards which has Reduced a 250k wip to 0 over 30 days. I have made sure that health and safety on site is paramount. Resulting in a 100% SALA audit. I have also turned the depot around from a non profit making depot into a highly profitable depot in less than a year by controlling wip, amending the contract costs to the correct level for the number of assets, monitoring KPI's and ensuring targets are met.
I also cover other depots as well as my own to cover annual leave or offer support coping up to 4 workshops at once being responsible of circa 1000 vehicles making sure they are all compliant and vor levels are kept to a minimum.
