I have a solid background in traditional employment roles, with experience across customer service, food preparation/factory work, and hospitality. At McGee's in Asda, Strabane, I developed strong customer service skills, handling inquiries, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. During my time at McColgan's, I gained experience in food preparation and factory operations, working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

In hospitality at Harry Jack's Diner, I honed my teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities, delivering excellent customer service in a busy dining setting. These roles have equipped me with adaptability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

I hold A-Levels in Politics (Grade B), Media Studies (Grade B), and Digital Technology (Grade C) - all gained from Holy Cross Colleg. These provided me with a strong foundation in analysis, communication, and digital skills. Currently, I am pursuing a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Journalism at Northwest Regional College, where I am further developing my expertise in storytelling, media production, and industry-relevant skills to prepare for a career in journalism and creative media.
