I work for Diligenta, in partnership with Standard Life to provide excellent customer service to it's millions of customers. I provide policyholders with information on their pensions by verifying letters of authority provided by independent financial advisers. I coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure policyholders' security is upheld and the information provided is accurate.

I worked for the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero and the energy Bill discount scheme to check applications for relevant evidence to confirm the validity of their details. I worked with colleagues through teams to check if applicants' details matched and were eligible for the discount through various checks.
