I am a chemical engineering graduate who originally picked this degree because I have a passion to know about all things food, how it's made, why it tastes how it does and everything in between. During my academic career I began an internship at mondelez international and it was there my eyes were opened to the power of data and what potential it has, from there I pivoted my career to focus more on data whilst still trying to remain connected to consumers like you may find with an FMCG company.
Currently a data consultant, which I have been since graduating a year ago. Prior to this I have focused on communication heavy roles via my presidency of the Birmingham Chemical Engineering society and an undergraduate stem teaching internship, as well as this I completed a sandwich year in Research and Development at Mondelez international.
2:1 Masters degree in Chemical Engineering with Industrial Study, 3A at A level and 5A*5A at GCSE
