Issuing vessels certificates (Registration certificates, Minimum safe manning, Radio station License and International tonnage certificate)
Issuing insurance certificates MLC (Maritime Labour Compliance), CLC (Cover Liability for oil pollution damage), BCC (Bunker Convention certificate) WRC (Wreck removal certificate)
implementing UN, US and EU sanctions on all vessels under the Togolese flag
Issuing certificates for seafarers
Applying the MLC convention on all the vessels (with ITF)
