Compassionate and motivated Psychology with Counselling undergraduate currently studying towards a BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling at The Open University. Alongside my studies, I work as a Shift Manager and volunteer as a Digital Helpline Volunteer for Beat Eating Disorders. These roles have enabled me to develop strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, safeguarding awareness and person-centred support skills.

I am passionate about mental health and aspire to become a Mental Health Nurse with a particular interest in eating disorder support and recovery.

• Signpost individuals to appropriate support and resources
• Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies
• Support individuals affected by eating disorders and their families
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
