I am a result driven customer facing Business Analyst (also worked as PM/ PMO, PMP certified) with over 8 years’ experience including Business / IT in both private (Brooke Charity, BancTec, Ericsson, Lloyds, Barclays, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Dai-ichi Insurance, Directline/ RBS Insurance) and public sectors.
I am experienced facilitating Workshops /Meeting /Interviews with technical and non-technical audiences, doing Systems analysis, Gap analysis and creating outstanding business documentations (Technical, Functional, Non-Functional requirements, BRDs, Business Case, User Stories, Use cases, Wireframes), Business Processes (TOM, AS-IS, TO-BE, review, create, improvements), performing Data analysis/Data mapping. I have worked on requirement handling/testing of Mobile apps.
I have solid understanding of CRM/ CARE, MS Dynamics (V 2015) and web based projects.
I have worked on creating business processes, workflows with systems involving CRM CARE (CRM Migration / transformation/ upgrade), MS Dynamics/ CRM (including set up users, assigning tasks to users, configuring workflows), ERP/SAP.
I can write SQL scripts to query database and have good knowledge of RDBMS, Data model/ ERD. I have good understanding of GDPR, User profile, Data Protection. I work closely with Architects, Designers and Developers in multiple concurrent assignments. I have excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving skills.
I possess strong communication, presentation skills. I am a finisher. I create Project Plan, Test Plan and Training Plan, write Test Scripts and perform testing, facilitate UAT.
