I have worked in many roles for long periods such as receptionist, Healthcare trainer, administrator. I am passionate about my job and care for the people I have worked with lending a listening ear in times of need, I also love the outdoors, social gatherings friends & family. My skills are working with Mircosoft office 365, one drive, Excel, Teams & various systems inputting data onto I have also PTLLS Level 3 & 4 (preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector).

I have worked as a Dental receptionist, this was from October 1999- February 2010. The role involved meeting & greeting people, making them feel welcomed, answering telephone calls dealing with queries, filing, taking payments arranging appointments, keeping the area clean & tidy
My role as a trainer from February 2010- July 2021 involved delivering mandatory in house training meeting the requirements of the local Authorties & CQC. Supporting individuals to have the skills to look after the clients in the community. The training would have included Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Medication & Basic Life. Feeding back to recruitment , managers if there were any issues with that Individual
Admin role from July 2021- March 2023 was supporting the L&D team in scheduling rosters for trainers, using Mircosoft office 365 for emailing, Teams or Zoom to arrange meetings, Excel to keep a record of people attending cooperate courses, inputting information onto various systems, following up on queries, supporting management in taking minutes, preparing materials for the meetings, prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and preparing monthly reports for Senior management
