I am now at a point in my career where I have a lot of experience and knowledge to share while no longer needing to work full time. Having spent a lot of my career in roles with responsibility for peoples welfare I feel it is time to take a different route and use my skills in a different industry. I am an experienced multi-disciplinary team manager, who has enjoyed the challenge of bringing partners and colleagues together to achieve outcomes.
I have extensive knowledge of working in domestic abuse, criminal justice, behaviour change, social care and safeguarding. I enjoy delivering training and facilitating workshops but also have wide experience of directing and participating in strategic outcome focussed decision making. I have always gone above and beyond my role, looking to improve quality and practice.
I am not currently working as took my Civil service pension however i feel that recently i need to engage in part time work to continue mental stimulation as well as physical with my gym.
