I have been working as a support worker/ senior support worker and as well in hospital as a HCA for 3years, I realised care is not just about being kind, but passionate and compassionate about everyone. Delivering care and support to individuals in the way they feel comfortable, me supporting someone does not take away their personality, pride and dignity hence I must respect individual wishes, protect and support in their daily lives.

I am kind , compassionate and multi task. I often lend a hand towards colleagues and even individuals I may not support if need be. I am well organised and time cautious. I have made travel plans with individuals I support in the past, plan shopping. I also support in cleaning of individual environments like rooms, kitchen, laundry as well as communal area.

I can work alone as well as in groups.
