I am truly motivated, reliable and hardworking person with a positive interest in technology, digital skills and continuous personal development. Having completed my studies at New City college, i managed to get my diploma for Esports and IT (IT Support/Technician). I am now looking for an opportunity to begin and build a successful career within a positive professional working environment where I can engage positively whilst learning new skills to develop.

Throughout my education and previous work experience, I was able to understand and succeed in having strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, as well being able to work effectively both independently and as well as work within a team. I have experience within IT support, and it has provided me with practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking and technical troubleshooting. While within my warehouse experience, I have strengthened my teamwork, time-management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

I am fluent in both English and Portuguese, which allows me to communicate confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I take pride in being punctual, professional and committed to producing high-quality work. I am always willing to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities and embrace new challenges that help me develop both personally and professionally.

I am a positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys contributing to a team and supporting others when needed. I respond well to constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve my performance and develop my abilities. I believe my strong work ethic, willingness to learn and positive attitude would make me a valuable addition to any organisation.
