I currently work Wernick Hire and have been promoted to a yard operative after finishing my trainee program learning skills on how to Drive forklifts and transport cabins, av and pm flex buildings also unload pallets from deliveries. Alongside this being able to plumb cabins into toilet blocks and water test them so they have no leaks, and I am also able to build and fit kitchenets and worktop to cabins and set them out to be canteens for building sites and others. I have also been trained in electrics to test and wire up cabins and managed to pass and get my ecs card for electrics.
Like I have mentioned in my skills I am able to build stud walls and plaster board them and trim up to make a solid structure and hang doors from the walls and door frames and chop in the hinges and keeps for the doors to lock. At my time Wernick I have been taught how to spray cabins using machines and preparation with sanding. My work is set to a high standard and have been set again to complete the audit as last time I was given 3 cabins to do from the start and given a mark out of 10 to them meeting a quality asset preparation guide standards and I achieved 10/10 in all departments and have been given the responsibility’s again to reach that goal as they have trusted me to be able to carry out the work to do so.
My most resont form of education was Woodwork Acdemy sixthform where I studyed BTEC Business Personal and Biasness Finance, Level 3 Extended Certificate in Digital Media – Unit 1 and Level 3 Extended Certificate in Digital Media- Unit 3. However I belve most of my learning has taken place within a profecional setting where I have learnt a multitude of skils that are eacaly transferable. from my Ecs Portable buildings Level 2 to on ground Forklift driver to being abke to work along side a team and manage a team in stresfull and time sensitiv situations.
