Hello, my name is Kamel.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various industries and accumulated over 9 years of experience in software engineering, as well as 10 years in digital marketing agencies.

I have been involved with a wide range of industries, including digital agencies, banking institutions, mailing solutions, and communication compliance, and I have conducted testing on hundreds of websites and mobile applications

Throughout my career, I have assisted organizations in scaling up, educating the business on the concept of QA, and demonstrating that QA is the responsibility of everyone, not just the QA department.

I have successfully established more than 5 QA departments from the ground up, shifted QA processes to the left, developed and executed test strategies, minimized manual regression testing, introduced QA automation across various businesses, removed the need for external vendors by bringing testing in-house, and managed multiple teams of both contractors and perm.

Also, I am a strong advocate for Agile methodologies and hold certifications as a Scrum Master and Agile developer, I actively guide companies towards adopting more Agile ways of working.

My passion lies in developing, expanding, and optimizing QA teams and organizations, empowering them to tackle challenges effectively.
