During the pandemic I had the opportunity to learn some new skills and was temporarily seconded to our customer care centre. This involved helping customers with queries about orders for our home delivery service. It involved using various computer programmes to access orders and communicate with suppliers, couriers and customers. I very much enjoyed this challenge and was able to solve problems to the customers satisfaction.
