I am a Registered General Nurse with many years experience both in the hospital and care home setting. I have good communication and listening skills and I have the ability to lead and motivate a team. I can produce well developed care plans and detailed risk assessments and documentation.

I enjoy overseeing all aspects of care whilst I am working in accordance with company policies and current legislation. I am able to support, teach and mentor other members of staff in line with the NMC code and follow its guidelines at all times. I am very passionate about delivering the highest standards of care at all times and supporting residents and their families.
