Karl Zielinski

Hi everyone, my name is Karl, and I am a French professional with a background as a former rugby player in Monaco. I have extensive experience in coaching and teaching a variety of sports, and I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals through sport and fitness.

I have a strong professional background in sports, having been a rugby player and also working as a sports coach for adults, children, and seniors (Fitness, CrossFit, Bozin). I have experience organizing sports events and activities, including in schools, focusing on promoting teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.

I completed my French Bachelor‘s degree in STAPS (Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sport Activities), which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of sports science, including physical education, coaching, sports management, and injury prevention. This program equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work in various sports-related fields.
