Advanced Practitioner in eating disorders

Hi,
I have completed the first 2 years of this course and am qualified as a systemic practitioner. I am a nurse by background and an independent prescriber.
I have worked in CAMHS for 12 years, in generic camhs, eating disorders and in the neurodevelopmental pathway.
When I worked in CAMHS eating disorders (2 years ago) I received training in FT-AN, MANTRA, CBT-e, and SSCM. In completing the intermediate Systemic practitioner course, I value the use of Narrative Family Therapy and postmodern modalities. I hope to be able to use the techniques I have learned on the course.
My passion lies in using systemic approaches and in the development of the therapeutic relationship in my work. Sadly, my current role does not allow for this as it takes a more medical stance (around assessment, diagnosis and prescribing of medication).
I also wondered if there would be any opportunities to take a position as a systemic practitioner (completion of the first 2 years) with the possibility of completing the Masters (final 2 years) for Family Therapy? My hope is to do this one day (part time over 2 years), however I would greatly appreciate it if my employer might support my goal in helping part fund the course. I would really appreciate your consideration in this matter.
I currently live in Borehamwood but can travel for a job. I plan to move closer to Luton in the next 6 months- one year.
