An experienced and dedicated educator with a strong passion and extensive knowledge in Child Development. With over ten years of teaching experience and a recent Master's degree, I have developed a wide range of transferrable skills suited to various educational and leadership roles. In my role as Learning and Teaching Lead, I have strengthened my skills in adaptability and time management, consistently tailoring planning and teaching to meet diverse learner needs.

Data analysis has been central to my practice, informing curriculum development and ensuring effective educational outcomes. I also possess strong technological skills, which I have successfully integrated into both teaching and leadership activities. I possess proven leadership and collaboration skills, having worked with colleagues across diverse backgrounds and mentored new staff.

Additionally, I actively contribute to international education initiatives, supporting a school in Rwanda with online training sessions to enhance its early years department. I now seek a new professional challenge where I can continue to develop my practice, share my passion, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of early childhood education.
