Kathryn Kulik

A highly experienced EA and corporate professional, with a diverse set of skills in a variety of functions, managing high-profile education, financial services and telecoms projects. I have a strong track record as an EA in multiple sectors (from corporate financial services to private education) and am fluent in managing complex tasks, senior stakeholders and fast-changing workloads. I have exceptionally strong operational, communication and organisational skills and can manage very complex workloads, quickly build relationships, motivate individuals, and enthuse teams to successfully deliver objectives on time.

I have dedicated the last 4 years to raising my 2 daughters and I am now pursuing a return to work, in role that interests me, where I am able to leverage all the skills I have.

I have spent 20 years working in a corporate environment as a project manager and supporting Senior Partners as an EA. Latterly I was chosen to work in Private Education on a highly confidential and high profile project. It is here that I found my love of education and now would like to pursue a career in this sector where I can incorporate all of my transferable skills.

Through my career experience I am now a highly confident and competent individual who has strong inter personal skills, can manage multiple tasks, is an effective communicator and an exceptionally well experience EA.

The posts I have held during my career were at KPMG (EA and project management), Virgin Media (project management and strategy) and King Edwards School, Witley (as Chief of Staff to the Headmaster)

I have an upper class bachelor of science degree from the university of Lincolnshire and Humberside, 4 A levels and 9 GCSEs
