-Build and manage a 360 permanent recruitment desk with a focus on Product Managers from junior through to C-suite level, becoming a specialist in this space.
-Balance weekly and monthly KPIs with internal meetings and personal development.
-Work collaboratively by sharing contacts and insights with consultants in the Product team as well as with teams focusing on other markets such as Data, Engineering, UX/UI Design, etc.
-Meet with clients to build relationships, discuss and analyse markets, and provide advice on how to achieve optimal hiring.
-During 18 months, I made 14 placements adding up to £122,250 in revenue for the business.
-Achieved a promotion from Associate Consultant to Consultant within 6 months of joining.
