I currently work for TVCA, which includes the Combined Authority, Teesside International Airport, and Teesworks sites, these businesses are all unique in their own way, which means flexing the HR function to best fit each entity. I am currently looking to advance in my career and gain more exposure to ER and more complex HR matters.
