I have an amazing commitment to helping others with their specific health needs and I am extremely passionate about helping and supporting vulnerable individuals. I have brilliant communication skills, i work brilliantly within a team and i am able to problem solve and investigate things in further depth. I am extremely resilient and know how to set boundaries when necessary. Throughout my life i have always enjoyed helping others and making a difference to others lives. I have worked within the nursery setting for 2 years this is something i take pride in knowing i have helped so many children learn and grow daily. I have always been interested in learning about others to help make a difference to a persons specific needs. I have worked as a 1 to 1 within my setting which gave me a great sense of achievement knowing i have made a positive difference to the individual children. I understand that each individual has different needs and i will ensure that everyones needs are met above and beyond. I want to ensure that all people and families of people who are in my care feel comfortable and happy knowing solutions are able to be provided. Working with vulnerable people is a privilege that I get to experience every day and something i feel very strongly and passionate about. I hold multiple certificates including first aid and safeguarding.
