A delivery focused Prince2 Practitioner, and agile delivery manager, prepared to take responsibility, and drive projects forward. I have worked closely with major stakeholders, representing the IT department, providing the ‘interface’ between business users and project development teams. I have managed diverse projects with varying team structures and sizes, combining external solution suppliers, consultancies, third party application developers (including offshore) and client staff. With 40 years in IT, almost 30 years in project management roles, I have extensive experience of the full project life cycle in the Financial Services/Insurance sector, in Retail, Manufacturing, Service Industries, and the Civil Service. I have several years’ experience in managing multi-site projects, some that also crossed national boundaries, and I have been heavily involved in IT tool and vendor selection and managing third party bid processes
