• Gender Pay Gap & Ethnicity Pay Gap activities such as: Producing accurate and timely annual calculations in line with the regulations
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and adapting the process as necessary
  • Analysis of pay gap (level breakdowns, deep dives and understanding); and keeping up to date with developing market practice. 
  • Engagement activities such as: Contract discussions and negotiations with third party provider

  • Manage succession planning process inputs and outcomes for the most senior roles in the group. Working collaboratively with the regions to ensure data and key insights are fed into and aligned to Executive Succession.

  • Delivery of people metrics and data to develop employee insight findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate and managed HR Operational Plan and forecasting on a zero-based budgeting basis.
