I have worked in health and social care for 14 years with experience of most roles, working my way up to manager for both care homes and homeless and addiction services. I had a change in my personal life where I became a grandparent and I felt my time needed to be managed better by being able to support my daughter and this is why I transitioned to assessing, my role at the minute I not only assess work but teach the learners which I love. I am keen to help learners develop the same way I was keen for staff to develop when I worked in the services.
