I am a hardworking individual who strives to make sure i complete any task to the best of my ability. I am a very outgoing person who has no issue getting along with and talking to people communicating in a clear effective manner which means I work very well as part of a team although I have no issue working independently and thrive doing so.
I am very eager to gain new skills and experiences and will take any criticism well, use it to help me become a better employee and do this easily as i am a quick learner.
I am driven by helping others and make it my priority to ensure both patients and colleges are satisfied, feel helped and listened too and have their needs met.
During my time As a customer service advisor I have had the opportunity to develop a series of of skills which range from improving my manner and confidence on the telephone and learning how to work affectivley and productivley in the work place as part of a team, to getting up to date with my IT skills and learning how to use multiple new systems I had no previous experience with.
As a inbound call customer service advisor I have no issue making or recieving phone calls as part of the job role as I have had the opportunity to develop this skill in my current workplace . I have experience dealing with frustrated customers /clients on a regular basis and am able to remain calm, take control of the situation, relate to the customer and work with them to achieve a positive outcome for both party's.
As part of my role as an advisor, I was on a team which deals with complaints along with technical support. As you can imagine, I was often faced with difficult situations where it was very helpful to use the people skills that I naturally posses to de esculate. I'm sure this will translate well into other roles where a situation may arise.
More recently I have started voulenteering with the big life group with the aim to set up a support group in gee cross for those affected by mental health.
This is still in the beginning phases but my volunteer coordinator will be able provide a refference when we hit the 3 month mark.
