I am I highly skilled 2nd line engineer, with 5 years of help desk support/analyst experience. Over the years, I've built up a lot of skills and been exposed to many different technologies such as windows 7 to 10, office 365, Azure, AD (active directory), SCCM, OneDrive, SharePoint, Endpoint Management, Intune Admin, Hardware troubleshooting & deployment, PowerShell plus many more.
