I have spent 5 years in warehouse work and have managed to work my way up the ladder in terms of responsibilities working from operative to manager.
With this has come many skills that I have developed such as communication and delegation as well as the ability to work with others and play to their strengths and work through potential issue.

My role as team leader was to make sure that team members were carrying out their job roles in a timely and efficient manner as well as working towards targets and assisting with any potential issues they may have.
As a first line manager I was responsible for a large team and insuring that are KPI’s targets were met as well as engaging with team members to assure health and safety was at the fore front of all we did while also assuring that the work force was efficient. Furthermore, I was responsible for any issues they have and acting upon them with the best of my ability this also extended onto any potential behavior problems that occurred on the department and dealing with them in a professional manner, while continuing to drive team member engagement to the best of my abilities.
Pearson BTEC level 3 extended diploma in IT (QCF) - with the triple grade distinction , distinction ,distinction .
