I am a Line Leader in a chilled warehouse. I am tasked with managing full time staff and agency workers to fulfil a daily KPI requirement. I need to maximise productivity and efficiency to keep up with a fast paced work environment. I need to take stock from one pallet and break down and allocate across multiple areas for dispatch.

Visual Merchandiser / Mock-Up Coordinator at Hallmark Cards (2017-04 – 2025-11)

During my time at Hallmark Cards. I was the Mock Up Coordinator for 6 years, and then a Visual Merchandiser until the end of my employment. For a Mock Up Coordinator, I was tasked to deliver, schedule and manage capacities of hand crafted, prototype products for customer meetings and live events.

To succeed in this, these skills need required. My roll as a Visual Merchandiser required me to digest data from one side of the business and produce plans and layouts for stores to sell different kinds of products. To achieve, these aspects were needed.

• Practical and digital creative skills. This includes knowledge in Adobe software, laser cutting and paper cutting machines and fine precision work with craft knives.
