I have strong communication skills gained from my previous roles whilst working with customers always providing a helpful and efficient service. I have worked within a team environment as well as larger teams on a operational scale and using my own initiative and liaising with colleagues if a problem arises. I organise my workload and prioritise immediate tasks.
I am hard working and a reliable person who can adapt quickly to new tasks and therefore willing to undertake any training given. Having the roles as area manager and catering manager has allowed me to build on my skills massively which included directing members of staff and dealing with situations in high pressured environments. I am competent in using the cashless systems which are used in the secondary education sector these are Nationwide, Cunningham and Civica.
