I teach groups and individuals. I use my mental health background to offer mindfulness support to manage anxiety, low mood and stress. The sessions I offer are based on an 8 week programme but can be adapted to suit the needs do the client.
The ethos of all sessions is to offer a safer, supportive practise that provides and ethos of acceptance and kindness to self.
