I have recently relocated from London to the West Midlands, and am seeking to start new employment from July.

Most recently, I served as a Patient Coordinator within the bespoke cosmetic and plastic surgery clinic in Harley Street’s medical district, supporting patients across both surgical and non-surgical pathways. As the central point of contact, I worked very closely with the surgeons and specialist nurses to ensure a seamless tailored patient experience. I coordinated each individual case from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment and post-procedure follow-ups, ensuring patients felt informed, supported and genuinely cared for at every stage.

I am highly organised, well-presented and compassionate, with strong attention to detail and a calm approach in fast-paced environments. I’m comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent administrative standards, and I thrive in team settings. My varied experience has helped me communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I place clear, respectful and reassuring communication at the core of my work.

Patient Coordinator - Ion Kavouni London at Aesthetics Plastic Surgery LTD (2022-12 – Present)

Patient coordinator to plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons, Lucian Ion FRCS (Plast) and Angelica Kavouni MD FRCS EBOPRAS.

• First point of call for new patient enquiries. Respond to phone/ email/ in-person queries with information on procedures and ball park figures/ complete registration forms/ explain booking process/ take payments to secure in-person or virtual consultation
• Meet patient, ensure a calm warm welcome to the clinic and accompany/ chaperone during first consultation. Take notes on individual surgical plan
• One-on-one meeting with the patient. Discuss personalised quote explaining hospital, surgical and anaesthetist fee breakdown/ answer all aftercare questions/ patient concerns/ further questions/ discuss available surgical dates/ bespoke package options/ discounts etc
• Book any pre-operative tests required e.g MRSA/ ultrasound/ MRI/ Mammogram/ Biopsy etc
• Deal with any referrals or dual surgeon organising (e.g ENTs)
• Send any samples/ biopsy to the laboratory and keep track of progress
• Follow up with each patient, book in their second consultation
• Finalise the surgical plan/ take deposit/ ensure all consent forms are complete and send pre/post operative care instructions
• Book/ liaise surgery with hospital and anaesthetists discussing all patient medical history concerns etc in order to plan accordingly
• Pre-operative patient calls to ensure all okay/ any last minute concerns/ arrival times etc
• Check in on patient day three and day seven post op/ liaise with nurse with appointments etc
• Keep in touch with patient for at least six weeks to enable smooth discharge
• Organise revision bookings/ complaints/ minor in-house local anaesthetic adjustment procedures e.g mole/ cyst removals/ nasal revisions etc
• Manage both surgeons and the nurses diaries organising surgeries, consultations, meetings, follow ups and non-surgical procedures including Botox/ fillers and general aesthetic and laser treatments
• Order prescriptive drugs required for stock use
• Send prescriptions out to patients local pharmacies post-op
• Be knowledgeable on all in house skin products/treatment plans such as Obagi, ZO and Dr Age
• Keep stock count on all in-house products sold/ received
• Be on front of house as/ when needed to cover annual leave

Private Vocal coach, Singer/ Song writer and live performer at Freelance (2019 – 2022)

• Plan/ prepare individual lessons including ear training/ vocal technique/ song writing. Prepare students for performances/ auditions/ examinations/ concerts
• Provide monthly reports and feedback for pupils/ parents
