I’m a UX-focused professional with a strong background in the beauty industry, combining user-centred design thinking with hands-on commercial and customer experience expertise.
I hold an MSc in User Experience (UX) Design and have over 10 years of experience within the beauty sector across retail, education, and brand management. Alongside my studies, I founded and run Kaoui, a Korean skincare business, where I apply UX principles in practice across e-commerce, digital content, customer journeys, and service design to improve usability and customer engagement.
My strengths lie in understanding user needs, translating insights into practical design solutions, and working across digital platforms to create intuitive, inclusive experiences. I’m particularly interested in UX, digital product, and customer experience roles within the beauty and lifestyle industries, where design, technology, and human-centred thinking intersect.
