My name is Kirstie. I am a mother of 3 children, aged 18,16 and 10. I love swimming and spending time with family doing activities.
i currently work with young adults once they leave school Who have learning disabilities and autism. I have been working for the council for over 2,years now.
I currently work with young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, ocd, fragile x syndrome and prada willi syndrome.
We help them with life skills eg money management and cooking, health walks.
At times our customers may show signs of behaviours, as I am SCIP trained, I can manage them when they seem upset or angry about a situation and bring them down to a calmness level.
I went to Southfield school for girls and got 3 GCSE’s
