I am a mature, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy person with good communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and stay composed under pressure. With a particular interest in retail work and fashion, I would appreciate a position that provides the opportunity to build on my knowledge within a working environment and develop skills that would help to overcome challenges i may face in the workplace.

Lance Corporal (Volunteering) - Army Cadet Force

My time in cadets involved leadership, mentoring, discipline, management and organisation, and welfare awareness. I individually take care of junior cadets which involves teaching and disciplining them which has increased my communication skills and interaction with other people as the position of a lance corporal in the army cadet force requires a lot of responsibility that developed my patience, energy and caring skills.

Clothing Reselling - Self-employed

My involvement in clothing reselling on Vinted has allowed me to develop strong entrepreneurial and customer service skills. I independently source clothing items, analyse market trends, and set competitive prices to maximise profit. This experience has strengthened my communication skills through interacting with buyers, negotiating prices, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Additionally, I have improved my organisational and time management abilities by handling listings, packaging, and delivery efficiently. Through this, I have gained a deeper understanding of retail, branding, and the importance of presentation and reliability in a competitive market.
