For past three years I have been working in a very demanding role. Starting as service delivery coordinator, I have been quickly promoted to a position of a team leader. Taking on extra responsibilities in my team to maintain the tasks between us.
We have a UK wide base of engineers to despatch daily, maintain their stock and also liaising with a wide range of customers. I provide daily and monthly reports on our performance according to Service Level Agreement. Part of my responsibilities covers our engineers and my team holidays request.
I have also taken charge of many projects undertaken by the company. I'm highly proficient with any given software. On a daily basis I use MS Word, Excel, Nav and our own QL database. In the past I studied IT, arts and interior design.
I have used most of free licence programs like blender and sketchup. I am highly motivated and always willing to learn more.
