BI and data-focused technical professional with experience in SQL-based reporting, dashboard development, data modelling, systems integration, API data collection and analytics-led decision-making. I have built bespoke reporting platforms including HookLab, created operational dashboards integrating systems such as SAP Business One, ecommerce platforms and courier APIs, and managed analytics-led digital growth across channels reaching over 600,000 subscribers and more than half a billion views. I enjoy turning complex data into clear insight that helps people make better decisions.

I currently work as a Channel Manager and Analytics Specialist for YachtBuyer, where I manage digital channel performance, audience strategy, publishing optimisation and analytics for a high-end yachting audience. I analyse views, retention, engagement, search behaviour, competitor activity and wider market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Alongside this, I run my own business and have designed bespoke analytics and workflow systems, including HookLab, a PHP and MySQL platform built around dashboards, API integrations, scheduled data collection, SQL reporting layers, role-based access and performance analysis.

Previously, as IT Director at Finders International, I built a real-time analytics dashboard connecting SAP Business One, Magento, Shopify, courier APIs, production systems and internal CRM tools. This improved reporting, order visibility, operational tracking and management decision-making. Earlier, at Focus Vision Europe, I supported and monitored a global network of over 3,000 servers across more than 1,000 facilities, producing technical reporting and coordinating international system improvements.

Diploma of Higher Education in Information Technology from the University of Information Technology and Science, completed between 2005 and 2007. My studies covered software, databases, systems, networking and technical problem-solving, providing the foundation for later work in SQL, MySQL, PHP, systems integration, dashboard development, automation, infrastructure management and business intelligence-style reporting.
