I hold an MA in Human Resources and possess CIPD Level 7 certification.

In my professional journey, I have served as a Learning and Development Programme Manager at Ipsos UK & Ireland, taking charge of leadership and management programs for senior executives. My role involved continuous program evaluation and collaboration with subject matter experts, facilitators, and vendors. I also managed budgeting, provided strategic guidance to HR partners, and fostered external partnerships.

Notably, I designed and implemented an innovative AI intervention learning series for Ipsos employees in the UK. During my tenure as a Training Manager at Wilson James, I identified learning gaps, secured resources, and delivered engaging programs for a diverse audience. Additionally, I mentored young professionals, acted as a representative for the Anti-Racism Task Force, and supported HR in various capacities.

As a Senior Training Officer at Car Giant, I delivered training to sales advisors and conducted new joiners' inductions, all while supervising junior colleagues. These experiences have equipped me with a strong background in learning and development, program design, and employee engagement.
